Say 'NO' to pimples !

Hoho. Well, siapa yang nak ada jerawat aite. This post is about Pimples/Acne Treatment. How to take care of your pimples, that extends throughout your face. Shuu ! Shuuuu, pimples.
So these are the natural ways to treat your pimples. Let's check it out. :)

1. DO NOT touch or rub or POP your pimple !

Ianya cuma akan membuatkan jerawat korang semakin teruk. Malah, akan meninggalkan parut. Just let it being that way.

2. Jangan nak stress sangat lah okay.

Stress ! Stress just akan buat kulit korang semakin teruk. Dan jangan dok asyik memikirkan pasal jerawat yang ada kat muka korang tu. Kalau boleh tak payah hadap cermin langsung pun, so korang tak ada lah nak stress sangat pasal jerawat korang tu. Okay ? Chill ?

3. DON'T even TOUCH your face.

Kalau nak meraba menyentuh muka pun, make sure guys cuci tangan bersih-bersih. Bukan takat cuci pakai air saja, pakai sabun sekali okay. Alaa, yang macam dalam iklan cuci-cuci tangan tu, eh pencuci tangan tu. Elakkan daripada menongkat dagu dengan tangan korang tu. Make sure benda-benda yang selalu bersentuhan dengan muka korang bersih seperti, handphone, cermin mata nerd cute korang tu. Jangan malas cuci rambut, dan tak payah lah kalau duduk rumah pun dibiarkannya rambut tu mengerbang, rajin-rajin lah ikat rambut. Baru nampak kemas. Avoidkan rambut daripada terkena kat muka. Dan dan, tukar sarung bantal korang setiap 2 minggu. Eiii, banyak air liur basi. Opss. Hehe :)

4. Cuci muka selalu.

TAPI jangan sampai over cuci pulak sudah. Gunakan pencuci muka yang bersesuaian dengan kulit. Lepas dah cuci muka tepuk-tepuk muka korang bagi kering dengan tuala yang bersih. Jangan mengelap atau mengosok muka dengan kasar.

5. Drink a LOT-T-T of Water.

6. Avoid heavy make up.

Jangan pakai mekap tebal-tebal, better wear less make up, and you'll look more natural. Ohh, i love natural look. Tapi actually kalau jerawat dah tahap teruk better jangan pakai sebarang make up, just sentiasa rawat jerawat korang tu sampai elok.

Ohh, so natural. And ahaha i love A.J. :)

7. Excercise !

Have a routine everyday. And keep do it consistently every-day. Good for get a healthy and beauty body. ;)
